Description |
| |
| The Carlisle PD1591 series brake is a spring applied, hydraulically released (SAHR), single piston, caliper disc brake designed for static and limited dynamic applications. This brake incorporates a floating caliper and requires a fixed disc mounting. A manual adjustment allows for lining wear and provides a mechanical release. Multiple calipers may be used on a single disc to proportionately increase torque output. |
