Description

 
The Carlisle SCL25 series brake is a spring applied, hydraulically released (SAHR), two piston, caliper disc brake designed for static and limited dynamic applications. This brake incorporates a floating caliper and requires a fixed disc mounting. A manual adjustment allows for lining wear and provides a mechanical release. Most commonly mounted on the transmission of vehicles. This brake is available with heavy springs for high torque applications.
